We’re seeking a results-driven Account Executive to drive business growth by acquiring new clients and managing relationships with existing B2B clients. This hybrid role involves working remotely with occasional travel for client meetings and events. You’ll be responsible for managing your sales pipeline, presenting solutions, negotiating contracts, and ensuring excellent client service.
Identify and prospect new B2B clients to drive business growth.
Manage and prioritize a sales pipeline to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
Present product/service solutions to clients and close deals effectively.
Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements and recommend solutions.
Negotiate contracts and terms to ensure successful agreements.
Track and report on sales performance and progress toward goals.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.
High School Diploma/GED (Required)
Minimum 1 year of verified experience in new customer acquisition sales, preferably in a commission-based role. (Required)
Task Management: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while effectively managing multiple tasks. (Required)
Customer Service: Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service with strong attention to detail. (Required)
Communication: Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. (Required)
Sales & Negotiation: Strong presentation, persuasion, and closing abilities. (Required)
Proposal Writing: Experience in preparing, presenting, and following up on product or service proposals and pricing quotes. (Preferred)

Total On Target Earnings: $86,570 - $108,332
Base Pay Range: $34,008 - $39,520
