We’re looking for a results-driven Solutions Engineer to support and optimize our real estate vertical by developing, implementing, and refining tech solutions that enhance business growth. In this remote role, you'll be responsible for identifying and solving technical challenges, collaborating with real estate professionals, and providing expert guidance on integrating our solutions into their workflows. Your role will involve building tailored strategies to ensure seamless implementation, tracking the success of real estate solutions, and delivering top-notch client satisfaction.
Aligns to support an SMB sales team in-market.
Participate in customer meetings, primarily face to face.
Uncover opportunities and recommend solutions
Understanding nuances and drivers
Design and architect services and solutions
Close technical hurdles
Prepare and present technical customer presentations
Present product roadmaps
Participate in account reviews with customers
Own customer technical relationships
Pursue industry certification appropriate to role
Ensure a positive customer experience
High-level understanding of Web Growth Hub Solutions network, products, and technologies.
Assist w/ high-level support and troubleshooting
Open tickets and engage appropriate support resources
Train Sales on technical topics, product updates, Tech Talks

Technical Leadership (Required)
Project Management (Preferred)
Communication Excellent oral and written communications; strong interpersonal skills. (Required)
Sales Experience with Sales Methodologies. (Preferred)
Applications Proficiency with High Level. (Required)
Strategic Leadership Ability to provide strategic direction in a leadership role. (Required)
Expertise in at least one key area of digital marketing solutions, such as web design, CRM automation, SEO or marketing software (Required)
High School Diploma/GED (Required)
Bachelor's Degree STEM area of study. (Required)
4-7 years Experience in digital marketing, web development or sales engineering roles with a professional track record of successful solution sales, managing internal/external relationships in a matrix environment. (Required)
Experience supporting Enterprise and Public Sector accounts. (Preferred)
Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Total Target Cash Pay Range: $112,500 - $202,900, inclusive of target incentives
Base Pay Range: $78,750 - $142,030
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in this role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
