We’re looking for a motivated Sales Development professional to drive revenue growth by identifying and engaging potential business clients. This role focuses on outbound prospecting, qualifying leads, and setting up high-value meetings with decision-makers. You’ll be responsible for managing your sales pipeline, nurturing relationships, and collaborating with the sales team to ensure a seamless client experience.
Identify and engage potential SMB clients through outbound prospecting and strategic outreach.
Qualify leads to ensure they meet ideal customer criteria before passing them to an Account Executive
Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead and pipeline information.
Develop and refine outreach scripts, email templates, and follow-up sequences for better engagement.
Meet and exceed key performance metrics, including call volume, appointment setting, and conversion rates.
Provide feedback to the marketing team to improve lead generation strategies and campaign effectiveness.
