Job Responsibilities:

- Prospect and Engage Influencers: Identify, reach out to, and build relationships with influencers across diverse platforms.

- Mentor Affiliates: Provide training and support to help affiliates effectively sell our products and services.

- Offer Brand Sponsorships: Structure and present sponsorship opportunities that empower influencers to promote Web Growth Hub.


- Collaborate with Marketing Teams: Partner with our marketing department to develop engaging co-branded content and promotional strategies.

- Monitor Performance: Track and analyze performance of the affiliates, providing feedback and insights to optimize results.


Qualifications:

- Sales Experience: 1+ years of verifiable success in a business customer acquisition sales role within a commissioned environment.

- Dynamic Task Management: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating superior multitasking abilities.

- Customer Service Excellence: Consistently deliver exceptional customer service with attention to detail.

- Communication Mastery: Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are essential.

- Negotiation Expertise: Demonstrate effective closing and negotiation skills that make an impact.


Education

- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred, but relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

- Minimum of 2 years in sales, business development, or partnership management, preferably in the digital marketing or tech industry.

- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and building client relationships.

- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, as well as an understanding of social media dynamics and influencer marketing.

- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

- Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making and optimize partnership strategies.

Compensation:

Total Target Cash Pay Range: $96,800 - $118,400, inclusive of target incentives

Base Pay Range: $52,900 - $72,200

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in this role. Actual pay will be based on various factors such as location, experience, and qualifications, so starting pay may vary.

At Web Growth Hub, employees in regular sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives.
