Job Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Under the mentorship of your sales manager, drive lead generation efforts through field-based prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
- Creative Sales Approaches: Design and implement unique, effective sales strategies and proposals that set you apart in the industry.
- Training and Development: Hone your skills in prospecting, client relations, and deal closure by working closely with leadership and participating in ongoing training.
Qualifications:
- Sales Experience: 1+ years of verifiable success in a business customer acquisition sales role within a commissioned environment.
- Dynamic Task Management: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating superior multitasking abilities.
- Customer Service Excellence: Consistently deliver exceptional customer service with attention to detail.
- Communication Mastery: Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are essential.

Education
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
Preferred Skills:
- Proposal Writing: Experience in preparing and delivering persuasive proposals and service pricing.
- CRM Expertise: 1+ years of experience using CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems to manage customer records.
- Sales Funnel Management: Experience in maintaining and managing a robust sales funnel, including accurate forecasting and tracking next steps.

Compensation:
Total Target Cash Pay Range: $71,800 - $129,400, inclusive of target incentives
Base Pay Range: $43,080 - $77,640
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in this role. Actual pay will be based on various factors such as location, experience, and qualifications, so starting pay may vary.
At Web Growth Hub, employees in regular sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives.
